This electric stove is designed to be fitted into a existing fireplace enclosure or is equally suited to be placed on a suitable base and used as a stand-alone feature. The Dimplex Springborne comprises of a black outer casing designed to recreate the look of a wood burning stove but with the advantage of incorporating a electric fire that will offer a year round ambient feature with its Optiflame® coal effect with real coal.

Whilst the flame effect can be used on its own, there is also a 2kW fan heater with choice of heat settings for when needed. Both flame effect and heater can be operated by remote control from the comfort of your favourite armchair.

The Springborne can be used with the two doors open or closed and for added authenticity, it is compatible with Dimplex's optional hearth pad and stove pipe kit.
