Returns Policy

If for whatever reason you change your mind and would like to return your order after delivery, we’re happy to refund or exchange your purchase as long as it’s unopened and in its original packaging. This option is available for 14 days after delivery.


Note: The goods must be in an ‘as new’ condition and returned in the original, unopened and undamaged packaging and must be in resalable condition. Failure to meet these requirements will lead to your refund being rejected.


NOTE: Original purchase delivery Fee is NOT refundable.


Specially Made and Pre-Ordered Products:

Products that have Pre-Order status or marked as "specially made" may not be returned under any circumstances.

Products sent abroad Republic of Ireland are not cover under our warranty and non-refundable under any circumstances.


Returns via a courier – This would be arranged by the customer directly with a courier service and all costs met by the customer.

Returns via Comfortline.ie( For Republic of Ireland only) – We would make the necessary arrangements for collection. Return cost is €100.

Returns direct to our Warehouse – Advise us of a date you would like to bring the goods back to our premises and we will arrange for the necessary paperwork being issued.


Once we receive your item it will be checked by our returns team.

Provided that you have returned your item in accordance with the procedures outlined above you will be contacted by email to confirm if your return/refund has been approved.

 

What happens if my product arrives damaged?

Although we take every care to ensure your product arrives to you in pristine condition, on rare occasions a product may get damaged in transit. If you do receive a damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours by emailing comfortline.ie@gmail.com and we will arrange a free of charge collection and offer either a refund or replacement product.
